At AXIS Foils, we are committed to your performance on the water; if your gear isn't the perfect fit, you can return unused items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange. All returned equipment must be in its original packaging and in brand-new condition to qualify.

Return Process

  Visit our online returns portal with your order number and email address to select the foil components or accessories you wish to return.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack your items in their original AXIS protective padding and boxes to ensure no damage occurs during transit.

• 3.
  Ship to AXIS

  Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Inspection and Refund

  Once our technicians verify the condition of the gear, we will process your refund or ship your exchange within 3-5 business days.
